Post-varsity disappointment and bus banter

02/05/2012 22:48

We are utterly devatated that Richard smart and his fellow teammates very sadly lost the match today. We were on the 16th row of the millenium stadium sporting our green shirts and face paint, but still our side were not strong enough against the red team. We left the game before it ended in disappointment and ran through Cardiff to the buses. We managed to skip the queues and after a bit of negotiation with the drive, the bus got going. Spirits are surprisingly high, and as we are freshers this was our first ever varsity. We are buzzing for odyssey and wind street is our favourite place in the world. Out expectations are high for a cracking night and some top notch banter at post drinks on floor 5. Join us if you're around. Right now we need to have a nap to prep for dancing to call me maybe.

Peace and love,

J-Dawg and J-Dawg Varsity 2k12

02/05/2012 12:49

Hi guys! So we're here (J-Dawg and J-Dawg) pre-drinking for Varsity. It's 12.50p.m and J-Dawg is on his third pint. Gayvin (the most gay of the flat mates), unfortunately, is only on his 1st pint (what a disappointment/let-down).

J-Dawg had a great full English breakfast which included bacon, baked beans, fried egg, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, hash-browns, black pudding, fried bread and apple juice. Just a cheeky snack to prepare for the festivities of the day.

By the way, my name's Jess (J-Dawg #2) who lives in the same flat as Pigsy. So, I'm not far J-Dawg himself.

J-Dawg is buzzing for the bus-ride to Cardiff (Swansea's rival) as his favourite mode of transport is infact a bus. He's hoping for a double-decker, but if it's a single-storey bus he is aiming to be a backseat-badass, with top notch banter.

J-Dawg is working on some chants for the big rugby match, but more importantly some cheeky one-liners to chat up the ladies in Odessey tonight.

One final important note - J-Dawg is sporting a delightful green and white face paint for the occassion (painted on by J-Dawg #2). He is a top fan and knows how to support his university.

Peace and love J-Dawg and J-Dawg xxxxxxxx

P.S. WE HATE CARDIFF. #WELSHVARSITY WE HATE CARDIFF

My Favourite floor friend

01/05/2012 22:26

Good evening to the fellow viewers of j-dawg.webnode.com. Firstly, I shall introduce myself to you, my name is Pigsy and I reside in a flat on the same floor as the infamous J-dawg. I'd liKe to apologize for any small errors I might make - please forgive me as this is my first ever blog.

Our friend G-shady (a small equally as blonde version of Eminem) suggested Jamie write this blog, we all thought this was a fabulous idea as Jamie is quite simply the most hilarious person you will ever meet/read blogs about.

How I would describe James Lock, he is a fairly quiet character at times, shuffling around floor 5, lingering between rooms and pacing the corridors. He is not without his mobile phone, an iPhone 4 on which he googles various informative facts often to do with tax in evasion and council tax.

He is a very well spoken man with impeciable manners, something I'm sure Mrs Lock is exceedingly proud of. What makes J-dawg so brilliantly funny is his witty sense of humour and amazing one liners, he's also a lighthearted boy who enjoys doing nothing.

Quite recently, my co-star. Kim, from the famous Australian TV show 'Kath and Kim' and I were reading the British magazine 'Company' (we like to delve into  British media as we are very interested in the comparison of cultures) well we gave our buddy J-dawg an appropriate article, entitled 'No bitching please, we're bloggers'. The general content of this article was about evil people patrolling the internet and picking on people and making fun. I myself am a very protective sheila over all my buddies, especially J-dawg and this is a kind and polite warning that any internet trolls will be delt with accordingly.

Beware, Kath and Kim are some tough ass crazy australian bitches.

Anyway, I hope you have a fab time reading this blog and enjoy Jamie's sense of humour as much as we all do.

Peace out.

Pigsasaurus.

First blog

01/05/2012 22:02

Hi everyone!

This is my first blog on j-dawg.webnode.com.

My name is Jamie and I am studying geography at Swansea University. I enjoy all sports, especially rugby union and Mexican sand curling. I enjoy watching films at the cinema and hanging around shopping malls.

The origins of this blog are twofold:

    1. I have very little to do at university and as a result my friend Georgia Davies said 'J-Dawg, you should write a blog to combat your boredom'.

    2. Blogs are cool and so am I.

G-Dawg suggested that I get a book by Jamie Oliver and write about my experiences of cooking each one, but I don't have the resources to do that, but I will try.

In the meantime however, I will introduce myself, my friends and family and give a few anecdotes from my life over the next few blogs.

Peace out,

J-Dawg
